A quick Tiramisu Aperol

Tiramisu Aperol Bordy's


This delicious tiramisu is ready in no time and is sure to be a hit! Ideal for watching the Dutch national soccer team with friends, or during the Olympic Games later this summer. Add an Aperol spritzer (even while you're making it ;-)) and it's one big Orange party!


Ingredients for the mascarpone mixture

250 ml whipping cream

4 tbsp sugar

8 tbsp milk

2 oranges

500 g mascarpone, at room temperature


1 packet ladyfingers

Aperol Spritz


Step 1. The batter Whip the heavy cream and sugar until stiff. In another bowl, stir the milk into the mascarpone. Then fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.


Step 2. The Aperol Pour some Aperol into a deep plate and add the juice of 1 orange. Dip the ladyfingers in this mixture.


Step 3. Make layers Spread the ladyfingers over the bottom of a (baking) dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and cover with another layer of ladyfingers. Cover the ladyfingers with the remaining half of the mascarpone mixture.


Step 4. Orange finishing touch Grate the zest of the orange and use it to garnish the tiramisu. Add a few thin orange slices as a finishing touch.


Step 5. Keep it cool Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve it.
