Banana Pancakes

It's Sunday, and it's nice to take it easy and enjoy a delicious breakfast. These banana pancakes are perfect for that: simple, nutritious, and made with only three ingredients. They're soft on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside, and give you long-lasting energy. Ideal for starting the day right!

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
4 eggs
80g fine oats
Olive oil (for frying)
Topping (optional)
Greek yogurt with blueberries or honey
Mix the bananas, eggs, and oats into a smooth batter. Heat a pan with a little olive oil. Fry small pancakes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve with Greek yogurt and blueberries.
