For shipping costs/delivery costs in the Netherlands, we charge the following rates:

• For orders over €100, we do not charge shipping costs.

• For orders under €100, shipping costs will be charged. The rate for a letterbox package is €4.25, the rate for a regular package is €6.95, and the rate for packages over 10 kg is €13

• Shipping costs outside the Netherlands are shown in the payment overview.

• If the country you want to ship to is not listed, please inquire about the options via info@bordys.nl

• We only ship after payment has been approved via iDEAL, PayPal, or Cash on Delivery.

• You will receive your order within a maximum of 5 days after payment.

• Orders are shipped immediately on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

• The warehouse is closed from Friday to Sunday. Orders placed from Thursday (after 12:00 PM) through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

• If the stated delivery time is not met, we cannot be held liable.

• From December 23rd to January 1st, our warehouse will be closed and no packages will be shipped! All orders placed during this period will be shipped on January 2nd.

• Please note: During the holidays, packages may take longer to arrive than usual.
